* Download Zetro from This Link.
* Extract the zip file.
* Open 'Extras' folder.
* Run 'Theme Patcher'.
* Click on all patch buttons in that program.
* Then open 'Theme' folder and copy all the file in it.
* Paste it into 'C:\Windows\Resources\Themes' folder.
That's all, Now you can enjoy the new Metro UI instead of the old Aero UI.
